The \(A\beta ^+T^+\) tissue group showed statistically significant differences in P43652 [215-221] peptide abundance from both \(A\beta ^-T^-\) and \(A\beta ^+T^-\). Also, the \(A\beta ^+T^+\) tissue group was statistically significant from the \(A\beta ^+T^+\) tissue group in P49641 [277-283] peptide abundance
